Minimum delivery is $35. Due to the nature of our business a specific delivery time cannot be given (deliveries take place between 7am-3pm), therefore if there is a possibility you will not be home/at work for delivery, by placing the order you are permitting our driver to leave your order in the location you have specified on checkout in the ‘additional information’ field. An email will be sent when your order status has progressed to the delivered or ready for collection stage (depending on option chosen at check out).
Where no instructions are left, the driver will call once only on the phone number provided at checkout to arrange a location at the address to safely leave the order. If they cannot get through, they will be instructed by management to leave the order in a location deemed safe and reasonable.
If we are required to leave the order unattended we are not responsible for any damages that may occur to the goods as a result of leaving the order unattended. If we are delivering to a workplace, please leave instructions in the ‘additional information’ field that will help our driver locate you quickly and efficiently. If you would like to authorise another person to accept the delivery on your behalf please leave their name and phone number in the ‘additional information’ field.
Deliveries to Calliope, Benaraby & Mt Larcom will be delivered to our nominated business partner in the immediate town area (find these locations on the check-out page).
No order can be processed unless payment in full has been received at time of ordering. Payment will be accepted by credit card via our secure online payment platform.

While we endeavour to supply the range of products listed online, the nature of the industry and our strict quality control measures means we reserve the right to remove any items on the order if we deem quality is unacceptable or they are unavailable. In this case, the full amount of the product not supplied will be refunded back to the credit card used for payment or via cash.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a product received, we are happy to refund or replace the item in question, providing we are notified within 24 hours of the order being received. The item in question must be returned to us at the expense of the customer. Should a refund be validated, the funds will be returned to the account within 5 business days.
